01Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "baij888" / "Platform" / "we" / "us" — refers to the baij888 online gaming platform accessible at baij888.bet and all associated services, products, software and content operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses or uses a baij888 account, whether for the purpose of sports betting, casino gaming or any other activity offered on the platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered personal baij888 account opened in the Player's name, through which all deposits, withdrawals, bets and gaming activity are conducted.

• "Services" — refers collectively to all sports betting markets, live casino games, slot games, arcade games, promotional offers, customer support and any other feature made available through baij888.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any credits, free bets or promotional amounts added to a Player's account by baij888 as part of a promotional offer, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any territory from which access to or use of baij888 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or platform policy.

02Acceptance of Terms

By accessing baij888.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any game offered on the baij888 platform, you confirm and agree to the following:

• You have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You have read and accepted the baij888 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
• You have read and accepted the baij888 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• All information provided by you during registration and at any point during your use of baij888 is accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director or contractor of baij888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and baij888 with respect to the subject matter herein. baij888 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

03Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to baij888 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are not residing in or accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not subject to any court order, regulatory restriction or self-exclusion agreement that prohibits you from engaging in online gambling activities.
• You have not previously had a baij888 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

baij888 operates a strict 21+ age verification policy. Upon registration and prior to processing any withdrawal, baij888 may require you to submit government-issued identity documentation, including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence, to confirm your age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

04Account Registration

To access the full range of baij888 services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all baij888 account registrations:

• Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one baij888 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address or payment method are prohibited.
• All registration details — including full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and payment information — must be accurate and must match the identity documents you are prepared to provide upon verification request.
• You must not register a baij888 account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• Corporate, business or institutional accounts are not permitted. baij888 accounts are for individual personal use only.
• baij888 reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, baij888 will send a confirmation to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Your account becomes fully active following completion of the initial verification step. baij888 may, at any time and for any reason, request additional verification documentation before permitting continued access to the platform.

05Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baij888 account credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• You must not disclose your baij888 login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not use a password that is the same as or substantially similar to passwords used on other online platforms or services.
• You must notify baij888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• baij888 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.
• All activity conducted through your baij888 account — including bets placed and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you have timely reported a security breach as described above.

06Deposits & Withdrawals

All baij888 account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit on baij888 is Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank transfers are as published in the baij888 cashier at the time of transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise approved by the baij888 payments team.
• All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals require completion of the full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before funds are released.
• baij888 targets withdrawal processing within 2 hours during normal operating hours. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of the account.
• baij888 does not accept deposits from credit cards. Accepted payment methods are: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa debit, Mastercard debit and USDT.
• baij888 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above threshold amounts as required by anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
• Deposits made to baij888 may not be reversed once the funds have been credited to your account and used for any bet or game. Unused deposited funds may be withdrawn subject to completion of identity verification.

07Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on baij888, including cricket, football, kabaddi, UFC and all other sports markets offered on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. baij888 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds pricing prior to settlement.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed for more than 48 hours or voided by baij888 will be settled as void and stakes returned to the Player's account.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. baij888 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice during live events.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets and are published within the baij888 sports betting section. baij888 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at its sole discretion.
• PSL and other cricket markets are subject to the specific baij888 Cricket Betting Rules, which are published in the Cricket section and incorporated herein by reference.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to the Player's baij888 account balance within 5 minutes of official result confirmation.
• In cases of dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, baij888's decision, based on official data sources, shall be final.

08Casino Game Rules

The following terms govern all casino game activity on baij888, including live dealer games, slots, Dragon Tiger, Ocean King Jackpot and all other casino products offered on the platform:

• All casino games on baij888 use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are operated by licensed live dealer studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined by the game server's last recorded state. baij888 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputed rounds fairly.

09Bonuses & Promotions

baij888 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all baij888 bonuses and promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible markets or games, maximum bonus amounts, minimum odds restrictions and expiry periods. These individual terms are published alongside each promotion and must be read in conjunction with these general terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new baij888 players only. One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address and payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baij888 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds under investigation, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one baij888 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games or interact with the baij888 platform in any way not permitted for human players.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information regarding the manipulation of sporting events.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any baij888 game or platform component for financial gain.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Allowing or facilitating underage individuals (under 21) to access or use your baij888 account.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the baij888 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, text, odds data and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of baij888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the baij888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any baij888 content without prior written consent from baij888.

The baij888 name, logo and all associated brand elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of the platform operator. Unauthorised use of baij888 trademarks is strictly prohibited.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baij888 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, data or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the baij888 platform, including losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions to third-party payment services.

13Privacy & Data Protection

baij888 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a baij888 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14Responsible Gaming

baij888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire Pakistani player base. The following responsible gaming provisions are part of this agreement:

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their baij888 account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks during which they will be unable to log in to baij888 or place any bets.

15Termination & Account Closure

baij888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Regulatory obligations or law enforcement requests require account closure.
• The Player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 14.

Upon account closure, baij888 will conduct a review of the account balance and transaction history. Where the account is closed by baij888 due to breach of these terms, funds may be withheld pending investigation. Where the closure is voluntary or administrative, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's last-used payment method following completion of any pending identity verification requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their baij888 account for any reason other than self-exclusion may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closures with a nil balance are processed within 2 business days.

16Amendments to Terms

baij888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, baij888 will provide notice to Players via one or more of the following methods: a notification displayed upon baij888 login, an update to the "Effective Date" published at the top of this page, or direct communication to your registered contact details.

Your continued use of baij888 following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 17Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the regulations of the internationally recognised gaming jurisdiction under which baij888 is licensed and operated. All disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the baij888 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent regulatory authority or court as specified in your account registration documentation.

In the first instance, all disputes must be submitted to baij888 through the formal complaint procedure available via [email protected]. baij888 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal review, the Player may escalate to the relevant external dispute resolution body as communicated at account registration.
